The location was fantastic, as it was surprisingly close to the public bus station and the weekend night market. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated near the bus depot that takes you to the airport. The room was nice and comfortable, with a balcony offering a street view. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. They were helpful, kind, and spoke excellent English. The hotel also offered a great value for money.

When I encountered an issue with the air conditioning not being cool enough, they immediately addressed the problem and made sure I was comfortable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff provided excellent recommendations for local spots to visit. I highly recommend Sono Hanoi Hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.
